In all other circumstances Mind Renew will organize a free initial assessment call with you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Please try to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduled or cancelled appointments.

If you cancel or reschedule your booked session less than twenty-four (24) hours of the session, a full session fee will be charged unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Likewise, if you do not attend the booked session, a full session fee will be charged.
